Job Description TruePal is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct patient physiotherapy sessions, recommend tailored treatment plans for patients with muscular, neurological, or post-operative conditions, and assist our internal teams in addressing patient queries. The role also includes participating in initiatives to drive customer acquisition for our at-home physiotherapy services. Key Responsibilities 1) Patient Care and Therapy Sessions Conduct physiotherapy sessions with patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore physical function. Evaluate patients and create personalised treatment plans, focusing on muscular, neurological, and post-operative conditions. Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. 2) Patient Management and Coordination Assist the internal support team with patient inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses. Collaborate with various internal teams at TruePal to ensure comprehensive care for patients. 3) Business Development and Customer Engagement Support initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and maximising LTV, particularly for TruePal’s at-home physiotherapy services. Provide valuable insights into patient needs and feedback to improve service offerings. 4) Documentation and process adherence Accurately diagnose the case and provide prognosis for agreed upon therapy goals with the patient. Fill the assessment and session reporting forms at the end of each treatment. Advise and drive follow-up sessions for future post the first session Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Physiotherapy . Experience : 2-5 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably with experience in muscular, neuro, and post-operative cases. Skills : Strong communication skills, empathetic patient care, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Additional Requirements : Ability to manage patient interactions professionally and work collaboratively to support TruePal’s business initiatives.
