We are seeking a dedicated Health Coach to become a valuable member of our team located in Lower Parel East. As a Health Coach at TheTruePal, your responsibilities will include conducting consultations to gain insights into each client's lifestyle, weight-related challenges, and health objectives. You will be tasked with identifying the root causes of weight-loss hurdles and implementing sustainable lifestyle modifications to address them effectively. Additionally, you will serve as a client's accountability partner, maintaining regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide assistance in overcoming any obstacles. Collaboration with dietitians and exercise instructors will be essential to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Furthermore, educating clients on the significance of their plans and fostering the development of enduring healthy habits will be crucial. Your aim will be to guide clients towards achieving a healthy weight loss of 2-3 kg per month. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a certification in health coaching or a related field such as nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle management. Previous experience as a health coach or in a comparable position within a health & wellness organization is preferred. Demonstrated experience in addressing weight loss through lifestyle adjustments is essential. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is necessary. Moreover, qualities like empathy, patience, and a sincere dedication to assisting individuals in leading healthier lives are highly valued.,
