Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated

Physiotherapist with proven Ergonomist experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting ergonomic assessments, workplace evaluations, and providing physiotherapy-based interventions to prevent and manage musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments for corporate and industrial clients
Recommend adjustments and improvements to reduce physical strain and injury risk
Provide physiotherapy consultation and treatment when required
Develop ergonomic training programs for employees and management
Collaborate with safety officers, HR teams, and occupational health specialists
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of assessments and recommendations
Deliver workshops and awareness sessions on posture, lifting techniques, and injury prevention
Use ergonomic tools and software to analyze risk factors and propose solutions

Requirements

Degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field (BPT/MPT preferred)
Certified Ergonomist – Certification is mandatory
2+ years of relevant experience in ergonomics and physiotherapy
Experience in corporate or industrial ergonomic assessment is a plus
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, workplace injury prevention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel between client locations (if required)

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools (REBA, RULA, NIOSH Lifting Equation, etc.)
Ability to conduct both office-based and industrial ergonomic evaluations
Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, ergonomic software, report creation
