Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant field

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior / Junior Physiotherapist to join our physiotherapy clinic team. In this role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy care, assist in managing clinic operations, and provide mentorship to junior staff. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and professional clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques.
• Administer advanced physiotherapy treatments, including exercise programs and manual therapy, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high standards of patient care and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics.
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and support peers.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
• Knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus.
