Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PHP WordPress Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing custom WordPress themes, plugins, and backend functionality using PHP and MySQL. You will work closely with our design and frontend teams to build high-performing and scalable WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based websites.
• Build custom themes and plugins from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and site errors.
• Manage and update WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
• Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugin development.
• Experience with custom post types, shortcodes, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of website optimization, caching, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control and deployment workflows.
• Experience working with WooCommerce (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
