Job Description: PHP / Laravel DeveloperJob RolePHP / Laravel Developer Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core & OOP concepts) and the Laravel framework. · Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. · Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. · Develop and maintain MySQL/PostgreSQL databases. · Create optimized queries, procedures, and database structures. · Manage data migrations, seeding, and performance tuning in Laravel. · Build and consume RESTful APIs / JSON / XML. · Integrate third-party tools, payment gateways, and external services. · Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. · Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards. · Conduct code reviews and resolve issues quickly. · Contribute to designing modular, reusable, and scalable architecture. · Implement MVC (Model-View-Controller) and other design patterns. · Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and QA teams. · Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and API guides. · Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews (Agile/Scrum). · Monitor application performance and optimize for speed. · Provide bug fixes, patches, and regular updates. · Ensure deployment and version control via Git/GitHub/GitLab. Required Skills· Strong knowledge of Core PHP & Laravel (latest versions). · Experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. · Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. · Familiarity with Vue.js / React (added advantage). · Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and JWT authentication. · Experience with Composer, Artisan CLI, and Laravel packages. · Knowledge of server management (Apache/Nginx), AWS, or cloud hosting. · Familiarity with Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
