Training and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities General 13. Inspect all stores on fortnightly basis to ensure zero product obsolescence/expiry. 14. Ensure that customer complaints are handled with a sense of urgency and good judgment. 15.Prepare and deliver timely and accurate performances appraisals of staff and other MIS as may be required. 16. Investigate and monitor market trends and local competition and share information with higher management. 17.Analyzing consumer market and buyer behavior in relations with business market and business buying behavior. 18 To achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss. 19 To create a positive environment that results in stable retention and reduction of manpower turnover. 20 To identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively. 21 To ensure inventory placement to ensure that Inventory placement maximizes sales opportunities. 22 To ensure that all Centers adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
