Job Title: Technical Lead (PHP Full Stack)

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of applications using PHP, Angular, and MySQL.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide accurate effort estimates.
Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code following industry standards.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding guidelines to ensure code quality.
Provide architectural and design inputs for application enhancements and new features.
Manage technical debt and ensure development best practices are followed.
Collaborate with team members for requirement analysis, solutioning, and technical documentation.
Support deployment activities and ensure build readiness.
Mentor team members and promote a collaborative work environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Core PHP, OOPS concepts
PHP frameworks (Symfony/Zend/Laravel)
WordPress
Angular (preferably Angular 10+)
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, XML
REST API development
MySQL/MariaDB including stored procedures, functions, and views
Linux (Ubuntu) and Apache
PHPUnit or similar unit testing frameworks
Version control systems: Git, SVN, TFS
CI/CD environments
Docker/Containers
Cloud experience (Azure)
SDLC knowledge (Agile & Waterfall)

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to handle modules independently
Exposure to enterprise-level applications
