Role Overview The Salesforce CRM Technology Lead will be responsible for leading solution architecture, technical design, development oversight, and project delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, LWC , and the ability to manage a technical team while interacting with global clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Design scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business and functional requirements. Lead end-to-end solution across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & custom modules. Evaluate business needs and translate them into technical designs, ERDs, process flows, and integration models. 2. Development & Implementation Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, API Integrations . Oversee development team to ensure code quality, reusability & adherence to best practices. Architect reusable components, data models, permission sets & automation frameworks. 3. Integration & Platform Expertise Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, Web Services . Work with external systems (ERP, Billing, Portals, Custom Applications). Ensure proper CI/CD, versioning & deployment processes (Gearset, Copado, VS Code). 4. Project Delivery & Client Engagement Collaborate directly with international clients to gather requirements and present solutions. Lead sprint planning, technical reviews, estimations, and UAT support. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high technical standards. 5. Governance, Security & Performance Implement best practices for security, role hierarchy, sharing rules & performance optimization. Conduct code reviews, technical audits, and ensure platform compliance. Guide teams on scalable automation (Flows vs Apex) and proper governor limits handling. Required Skills & Expertise 612 years of hands-on Salesforce Development & Architecture experience. Strong command over: Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Process Builder Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud REST/SOAP API Integrations Salesforce Data Model & Security Model Experience leading a technical team of developers/administrators. Ability to create technical documents, solution blueprints, and architectural diagrams. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and client-facing experience. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications (any of these are a strong plus): Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Application Architect System Architect Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, GitHub . Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, Boomi) is a plus. Experience working with global projects (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia).
