Role & responsibilities

Grow AI pipeline across all SMUs by working with sales / pre-sales leads
Responsible for solution (technical) development for Contact Center which can be demonstrated to clients. The Solutions leader doesnt need to know coding but must be able drive solution development and have architectural acumen.
Responsible for responding to AI RFPs across Contact Center Transformation

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Statistics, or a related subfield along with professional qualifications/certifications and educational background of B Tech / MBA
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to prioritize workloads across a landscape of competing demands.

Highly Desirable:

Extensive experience in delivering AI, analytical or other digital solutions leveraging conversational ai and Gen AI.
