PHI - Specialist - Regulatory Escalations

As a Specialist - Regulatory Escalations at Prudential Health India, your role will be crucial in ensuring timely and effective handling of grievances and complaints. You will be responsible for handling complaints received via various touchpoints, such as IGMS, social media, and regulatory portals, in compliance with defined turn-around-times. Your duties will also include ensuring timely handling of Ombudsman and legal cases, acting as a voice of the customer, collaborating with internal and external teams for complaint resolution, and staying updated on compliance requirements. Additionally, you will participate in process enhancement recommendations, risk identifications, and service recovery initiatives to enhance customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have 6-7 years of experience in complaints handling within the health insurance, general insurance, or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of IRDA guidelines, compliance protocols, and insurance-related grievance mechanisms is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders are also key requirements. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University is mandatory.
