Pharmacy Manager

Ø To establish clear and competitive goals , growth roadmaps & strategic business plans.

Ø Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the Pharmacy and services.

Ø Interface with vendors to arrange medicines when ever required and proper implementation of process flow for keeping high value items on consignment basis.

Ø Handling Internal & External audits for record better Inventory control.

Ø Ensure Inventory targets, stock levels, risk migration targets and managed flexibility strategy to optimize Inventory.

Ø Drive key performance indicators, continuous improvement throughout logistics and supplier operations.

Ø Generating repeat business through exceptional customer service and response to regular customers.

Ø Responsible for vendor evaluation, selection & registration.

Ø To streamline the process in Pharmacy department, if any gaps.

Ø Continuous Coordination with Quality department to ensure 100% quality compliance.

Ø Lead and manage the clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Ø Develop and implement clinical pharmacy protocols and guidelines to optimize medication therapy.

Ø Provide clinical expertise and support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Ø Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations to enhance patient safety and efficacy.

Ø Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ø Manage and mentor a team of clinical pharmacists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Ø Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,309.19 - ₹41,074.96 per month
