Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager, located in Patna, Bihar. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient management of pharmaceutical inventory, timely procurement, and accurate dispensing of medicines and medical products. The role involves supervising pharmacy staff, coordinating with healthcare providers and stockists, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include implementing best practices to enhance pharmacy operations and upholding Onco Pharma's commitment to excellence and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
• Proficiency in managing tasks related to Pharmacy Technicians and Immunization operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage team and inventory
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and deliver high-quality customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with relevant licensing and certifications
• Prior experience in healthcare supply chain management or a similar setting is a plus
