About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Pharma/Scientific Recruiter to join our expanding Life Sciences team in Vadodara. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in connecting pioneering organizations in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, and Clinical Research with exceptional scientific talent. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract roles, directly impacting our clients' success in bringing new therapies and innovations to market—all while advancing our mission of creating meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  Partner with our US-based sales team and hiring managers to deeply understand client needs and deliver pre-qualified, top-tier candidates for contract positions.

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Own the full cycle—from proactive sourcing to screening, interviewing, and skill-validation for scientific roles.

• Candidate & Relationship Management:

  Build and nurture robust, trust-based relationships, ensuring an exceptional and empathetic candidate experience.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Expertly negotiate salary and contract terms to successfully close placements.

• Process Coordination:

  Seamlessly coordinate the interview process between candidates and clients via our sales team.

• Onboarding Collaboration:

  Work with HR & Admin to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new consultants.

• Performance Metrics:

  Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining high quality.

• Data Integrity:

  Maintain accurate documentation in our internal ATS/database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience:

  2+ years of dedicated recruitment experience within the

  Pharmaceutical, Clinical, or Scientific sectors

  (agency/RPO experience is a plus).

• Deep Industry Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, QA/QC, R&D, Lab roles, and Drug Development.

• Sector Familiarity:

  Experience with or strong understanding of

  Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical

  companies.

• Superior Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Resilience & Agility:

  Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving needs—embodying our value of

• Relationship Focus:

  A natural builder of trusted relationships with strong customer service ethos.

• Shift Requirement:

  Must be comfortable with a permanent

  Night Shift

  (e.g., 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST) to overlap with US/European hours.
