Hiring for Personal Secretary for Management
Job Summary:
This role involves handling confidential information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them appropriately.
Monitor emails and respond on behalf of management when required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Flexible in Time and role.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or related field).
Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. in English & Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
