Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executives schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points for meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for communication and coordination.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and document management (digital and physical).
  • Monitor and track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups for the executive.
  • Manage expense claims, reimbursements, and travel bookings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Hospitality or related field preferred).
  • 4 - 7 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Pleasant personality and Excellent command over English, Telugu and Hindi.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
