Role & responsibilities:
The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and coordination support to the Director and EA to the Director. The incumbent will act as a key enabler in managing schedules, communication, documentation, and inter-departmental coordination, ensuring smooth execution of the Directors day-to-day activities.
This role requires high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and flexibility to work across multiple office locations in Ahmedabad.
