Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Monitor incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Manage office supplies, expenses, and reimbursements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
