About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and research-driven professional who can build and strengthen personal branding through content, while simultaneously supporting recruitment outreach by identifying relevant recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers across target companies.

This role blends content writing + brand positioning + talent research

Key Responsibilities

📝Content & Personal Branding

• Write compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and content calendars for clients.
• Create brand narratives, thought leadership content, and authority-building messaging.
• Draft outreach messaging, email scripts, and LinkedIn connection notes.
• Repurpose content for visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Maintain tone consistency across all communication touchpoints.

🔍Talent Research & Recruiter Outreach

• Map target companies and identify recruiters, HR leaders, and decision makers.
• Find verified email IDs, LinkedIn profiles, and contact points for outreach.
• Maintain structured prospect lists and trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, branding, or social media management.
• Strong command of written English; ability to write sharp, clean content.
• Proven research skills — LinkedIn, Boolean search, company mapping.
• Familiarity with email extraction tools & databases.
• Skilled with Google Sheets/Excel; comfortable with CRM-style tracking.
• Bonus: Exposure to recruitment ecosystem / HR hiring processes.
