Quality Head (Pharma)

We are hiring for our client, a Pharmaceutical Company based in Goa.

Location: Goa (Onsite)

CTC: 25-30 LPA

Key Responsibilities for Quality Head:

• Lead and manage QA, QC, and RA departments to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements, GMP, and company policies.
• Establish and maintain quality systems in compliance with national and international regulatory authorities.
• Oversee audits (regulatory, customer, internal) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
• Provide strategic direction for regulatory submissions and product approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality culture across the organization.
• Ensure alignment of manufacturing and quality operations with international MNC benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
• Mentor and guide senior managers within QA, QC, and RA for capability building.
• Represent the organization during regulatory inspections and external audits.
• Report regularly to top management on quality metrics, risks, and compliance status.

Requirements

• Senior professional with 25yrs + experience
• Must have a strong pharmaceutical background.
• Professional experience should be with

  a foreign MNC (e.g., Pfizer, Zydus).

• Can also be considered if from a first-line manager role.
