Role summary:

Support the founder and select clients by building and executing a content calendar, creating written and visual posts using AI, scheduling posts, building target lists, and performing outreach & invite sending on behalf of the founder.


Key responsibilities

  • Build a monthly content calendar for the founder + client profiles.
  • Write post copy (LinkedIn) using AI, aligned with brand voice.
  • Generate or edit images with AI tools (post banners, quote cards, thumbnails).
  • Schedule posts across platforms and maintain a publishing calendar.
  • Build a target list of HRs/Recruiters/clients (LinkedIn search + CRM).
  • Do outreach & follow-ups on behalf of the founder (LinkedIn connection request, InMail, short emails).
  • Send event invites/calendar invites and register participants if needed.
  • Monitor post performance and suggest weekly optimizations.
  • Maintain a simple CRM or sheet of outreach activities and responses.


Must-have skills

  • Comfortable using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Familiar with AI image tools or templates (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI etc.) — willingness to learn is okay.
  • Strong written communication especially short-form social media copy.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and etiquette.
  • Organized, proactive, good attention to detail.


Nice-to-have

  • Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Loomly, Later, or LinkedIn scheduler).
  • Basic design sense, Canva experience.
  • Prior outreach / sales development experience.
