Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking operations, including sales, customer service, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide expert advice. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures is essential.
