Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Banker located in Mohali district. The Personal Banker will be responsible for assisting clients with their banking needs, including opening new accounts, handling deposits, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include advising clients on personal finance, managing account transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Banking and handling Deposits
• Experience in Opening New Accounts
• Knowledge of Finance
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle client inquiries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
