Job Summary:

Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external communications (calls, emails, messages) efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain

    MIS reports

    and other documentation as required.
  • Organize and coordinate

    travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments

    for the BD Head.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Maintain calendars, track tasks, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities and support smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Any fresher candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexible with work timings and willing to travel if required.
