Job Description

We are looking for Personal Assistant

(PA) will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive or individual. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes when required.

Personal Support:

  • Manage personal schedules, errands, and household coordination if required.
  • Handle reservations, event planning, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all personal and professional matters.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with teams to ensure timely follow-ups and project updates.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure the executive’s time is optimized.

Other Tasks:

  • Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Support special projects or research assignments.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate logistics when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
