About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and other administrative duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
