Job Description

We are seeking a smart, efficient, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required. Support with personal errands and administrative tasks, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
