Personal Assistant to the Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Vice President.
  • Coordinate and follow up with department/team leads on ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Manage the VPs calendar, schedule meetings, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Leverage AI-based forecasting or predictive tools to assist in data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

Required Skills:
