Role & responsibilities Support the sales team with data-driven insights, sales reports, and dashboards to track performance against targets. Manage and maintain the CRM system; ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records. Coordinate between internal teams (sales, supply chain, D&D, production, finance) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline analysis. Optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor and report on key sales KPIs and operational metrics. Handle documentation and compliance for orders, tenders, and customer contracts. Work with marketing team to analyse campaign results and ensure lead handover to sales. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce). KEY RESPONSIBILITY : Real-time Fleet Monitoring- Track unauthorized boarding, Continuously monitor cargo integrity Performance Tracking & Reporting - Fleet, driver and attendar, Specially record and report idle time of halted fleets. Issue Resolution & Coordination - vehicle breakdowns and technical issues Data Analysis & Escalation - fleet movement, operational performance, and key metrics. Facilitate efficient communication between drivers, operations, and planning teams Ensure vehicle and driver compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
