Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Medical Superintendents calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Draft, type, and proofread correspondence, reports, circulars, notices, and official documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, letters, and files).
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Maintain organized office records and documentation (physical and digital).
• Act as a liaison between the MS, heads of departments, administrative staff, and external agencies.
• Coordinate internal communications and the dissemination of circulars and official orders.
• Arrange and manage appointments and visits of dignitaries, committees, and inspection teams.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for inspections, audits, and accreditations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (preferably in Administration).

• Experience:

  2–7 years of experience in an administrative role or related; experience in a hospital or medical college is preferred.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
