Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: On-site – Dehradun, India

About Us

Vasundhra Raj is a premier luxury jewellery brand, renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and bespoke creations. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in overseeing business operations, client relations, and strategic initiatives. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and exceptional coordination skills to help ensure the MD’s time and efforts are optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications with utmost discretion.
  • Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Manage daily to-do lists, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of commitments.

Business & Operational Coordination

  • Liaise between the MD and internal teams, including design, sales, production, and accounts.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating high-value client meetings, corporate events, and product launches.
  • Monitor project progress and provide periodic updates to the MD.
  • Follow up on pending tasks with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Assist in managing VIP and high-net-worth client relations with a touch of luxury brand etiquette.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hospitality, and schedules for client visits and business trips.
  • Maintain a professional image and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a luxury/lifestyle brand or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic presentation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi preferred).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
