We are hiring a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Hyderabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the diary and schedule of the Managing Director, handling communication, and making travel arrangements. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
  • Proficient in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
