Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Founder to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support. The PA will act as a key point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and departments, clients, vendors, and partners
  • Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and letters
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across teams

Business & Operational Support

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of key projects and initiatives
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
  • Support decision-making by collecting and organizing relevant data

Personal & Travel Assistance

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Handle personal scheduling requests of the Founder (as required)
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and official engagements

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 3–6 years of experience as PA / EA / Executive Assistant to senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides)
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience working with Founders / CXOs / Business Owners
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting and basic data analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
