Position Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to lead our Computer Science Department . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authoring computer textbooks and answer keys for school-level Computer Science, along with a sound understanding of curriculum standards and digital tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of Computer Science textbooks for primary to senior grades Write, review, and edit high-quality content, including exercises and answer keys Align all content with curriculum frameworks such as CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards Coordinate with content developers, graphic designers, and editors to ensure timely delivery Stay updated on the latest trends in coding, computer literacy, and digital tools in education Ensure pedagogical soundness, technical accuracy, and age-appropriateness of content Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure consistent content standards Collaborate with the production and marketing teams for final product delivery Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 5–6 years of experience in authoring and developing computer textbooks and answer keys Prior experience in a publishing house or educational content company is essential Excellent writing, editing, and conceptualization skills In-depth understanding of school-level computer science curriculum and pedagogy Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively Preferred Skills: Knowledge of educational tools and coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Python, Blockly) Experience with NEP-aligned curriculum and digital integration in learning Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with design and publishing tools (InDesign, MS Office, etc.) is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
