Job Description

We are looking for a smart, reliable and tech-savvy *Personal Assistant* who can directly support the Director in managing day-to-day business operations, scheduling, communications, and strategic tasks. The role requires someone proactive, highly organized and skilled in communication with a strong interest in business growth and execution.
*Key Responsibilities:*- Manage daily calendar, reminders, meetings, calls, follow-ups- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and business contacts- Handle personal and professional communication on behalf of the Director- Assist in running and growing mobile application (Kamal Associates)- Track and monitor business activities, take updates, report progress- Research and suggest improvements for business efficiency- Maintain confidentiality at all times- Assist in hiring, documentation, and office management
