Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Ahmedabad with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to support the Director. Responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general executive assistance. The role also involves ensuring the Director’s daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks.
  • Strong skills in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance.
  • Experience with Clerical Skills and basic office operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge relevant to construction and project coordination.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and cooperating with internal staff, and contractors.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to support smooth team collaboration across departments.
  • Capable of managing on-site and off-site coordination, ensuring seamless communication between the Director, staff, and contractors.
