Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description: Assistant to Director (Personal Assistant)Role Overview:

The Assistant to Director will provide dedicated personal and professional support to the Director, ensuring smooth scheduling, travel coordination, and daily task management. The role requires constant availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness in managing both personal and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the Director on all official and personal travels, managing belongings and assisting throughout the journey.
• Carry the Director’s handbag and suitcase during travel and related activities.
• Capture photos and videos as per the Director’s requirements, including updating Instagram Stories promptly.
• Manage the Director’s morning routine including preparing hot water, soaking dry fruits overnight, and preparing health juices such as Aawla juice, Musali & milk.
• Monitor and follow up on Zoom meetings, face-to-face meetings, courses, and seminars scheduled for the Director.
• Provide timely reminders and updates regarding the Director’s diet plan, flight details, hotel arrangements, and other travel-related information.
• Prepare and carry an extra pair of footwear for the Director for night use.
• Ensure smooth execution of all assigned tasks with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Comfortable with digital media tools for video and photo capture and social media uploads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
