Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Mumbai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces, providing detailed product information, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the aesthetic presentation of the showroom. The role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience and a proactive sales approach
• Product knowledge in jewelry and ability to provide detailed information
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and inventory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
