Personal Assistant to Director

In addition, you will be tasked with coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics and materials to ensure smooth execution. Your attention to detail will be crucial in arranging domestic travel, creating detailed itineraries, and managing any last-minute changes effectively. Confidentiality is of utmost importance, and you will be expected to handle sensitive information with discretion at all times. As part of your responsibilities, you will process expense reports, conduct research, and gather information as required. Your proactive approach to anticipating the Director's needs and addressing them promptly will contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
