Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Executive who can also take up Personal Assistance responsibilities for senior management. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing on-ground tasks efficiently while also providing administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities : - Field Executive Duties: Visit clients as required Handle document collection, verification, and delivery Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure task completion Monitor and report progress of field tasks Handle petty cash and maintain daily expense logs Assist in logistics and on-site coordination Personal Assistant Duties: Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings for senior management Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning Organize files, documents, and emails for easy access and reference Provide reminders and updates on important tasks and deadlines Assist with personal errands or tasks as required by reporting authority Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of local routes and basic logistics Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and basic reporting Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable Eligibility Criteria: English Read Write Speak Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred 1–3 years of experience in fieldwork or as a PA/EA Two-wheeler and Four Wheeler with valid driving license (if field mobility is required) Willingness to travel locally as per job needs Compensation: As per industry standards + Travel allowance + Incentives (if applicable) + Overtime and Bonuses
