Ltd. is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and well-groomed Personal Assistant cum Travel Manager to assist the Managing Director with daily operations, travel logistics, and VIP coordination. This is a dual role involving high-level personal assistance and hands-on travel & event support, requiring a candidate who is flexible, discreet, and professional in high-profile settings. We prefer candidates with backgrounds in aviation ground services, hospitality front desk, travel desk, or exhibition/event coordination, with strong liaison experience and the ability to handle celebrity, spiritual, and high-net-worth individuals. Key ResponsibilitiesManage MD’s schedule, meetings, and communication Coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport) Handle travel budgets, reimbursements, and detailed itineraries Liaise with VIP guests, celebrity managers, and spiritual leaders Manage on-ground logistics for events, public appearances, and media interactions Provide on-site support including backstage coordination and guest hospitality Represent the MD and the organization with confidence and discretion Candidate RequirementsMale candidate only (required for travel, protocol, and schedule flexibility) Minimum height: 175 cm Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills Smart, polished appearance; physically fit and energetic Preferred background: Aviation ground staff Hotel front desk or guest relations Exhibition/travel desk/event protocol coordination Desired SkillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Experience in VIP handling or public figure coordination Tech-savvy: scheduling apps, travel platforms, communication tools Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in high-pressure situations Note: Only candidates meeting the above physical and experience criteria will be shortlisted.
