Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Personal Secretary reporting to the Executive Director.

The candidate needs to have a pleasant personality, excellent command of English (both spoken and written) with strong organisational skills.

The role involves managing correspondence, filling and documentation, calendar management, and coordination of tasks. The candidate should be tech- savvy and able to handle various administrative responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle all of correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) on behalf of the Executive Director.

· Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.

· Oversee calendar scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Coordinate tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.

· Proficient in using office software (Microsoft office, Google Suite, etc.) to manage daily tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

· Graduation in any field

· 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.

· Gender no bar

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
