About the RoleShree Kameshwari Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized PR Manager to lead public relations, guest management, and travel coordination for the organization. This high-impact role involves working directly with celebrities, spiritual leaders, influencers, and VIP guests who are associated with the company’s events and public-facing activities. The ideal candidate is confident in high-profile environments, skilled in hospitality and logistics, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and poise. Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Guest HandlingAct as the main liaison for all celebrity guests, influencers, and VIPs. Manage media appearances, press interactions, and event visibility. Coordinate directly with celebrity management teams and agents for scheduling and requirements. Oversee backstage management and coordinate photo-ops, interviews, and guest engagement. Ensure smooth, personalized experiences for all guests—including arrival, hospitality, and departures. Uphold and represent the brand image in elite circles and during high-profile interactions. Prepare briefing documents, guest profiles, and talking points for public-facing events. Travel & Event LogisticsPlan, organize, and execute complex travel arrangements (domestic and international). Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, and itineraries. Ensure seamless and VIP-level coordination for airport pickups, check-ins, and accommodations. Manage travel budgets, approvals, reimbursements, and documentation. Provide on-ground support and coordination during major events and appearances. QualificationsUnmarried male candidates preferred due to flexible and travel-intensive schedule. Background in hospitality, aviation, event management, or public relations is strongly preferred. Suitable profiles include: Aviation Cabin Crew Hotel Front Office / Guest Relations Airline Ground Staff Celebrity or Media PR Assistants Event Hosts or VIP Liaisons Required SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with celebrities and VIPs. Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Confidence in handling public interactions, press briefings, and backstage scenarios. High level of grooming, etiquette, and presentability. Tech-savvy with scheduling tools, travel booking platforms, and communication apps. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Discretion and confidentiality in all sensitive and high-profile interactions. Preferred ExperienceExperience as a Guest Relations Officer or Front Office Executive in premium hotels. Background as Airline Ground Staff handling VIP check-ins, lounge services, or guest assistance. Strong hospitality mindset with a customer-first approach and attention to detail.
