Personal Assistant / Operations Manager

Company: Yog Love Job Post: Personal Assistant / Operations Manager Location: Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) Type: Full-time Role Description: As the PA/Operations Manager at Yog Love, you will act as the backbone of our small team, supporting the founder and managing daily operations. From tracking payments to coordinating with sales partners and handling client queries, you’ll keep everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Maintain updated records of financial transactions and expenses Download and organize monthly bank statements Manage invoices, receipts, and reimbursements Help with monthly reporting and simple cash flow tracking Sales & Communication Support: Schedule and join calls with salespeople or vendors Follow up on leads, proposals, and agreements via email Draft professional responses and client communications when needed Operations & Organization: Maintain and update internal databases (class schedules, customer lists, etc.) Coordinate with yoga teachers and clients on scheduling and issues Track renewals, bookings, and client engagement Set reminders and manage to-do lists for the founder Customer & Team Coordination: Reply to basic customer queries on WhatsApp/email Support new client onboarding with welcome kits, links, etc. Liaise with tech support (if any) or online platform providers Who you are? Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Tech-savvy (comfortable with Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling sensitive information Can multitask and work independently Experience in admin/operations preferred (but attitude is more important!)
