Job Title: Intern – Lifestyle & Concierge Support Reports To: Head of Concierge Manager Type: Internship (Part-time) About the Role: We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful Intern to support our Head of Concierge Manager in curating exceptional experiences for our high-net-worth clientele. From uncovering hidden-gem cafés to researching boutique hotels and assisting with bespoke travel planning, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver seamless, luxury experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, travel, and lifestyle trends, and is eager to learn the inner workings of luxury concierge services. Key Responsibilities: • Trend & Experience Research: Conduct in-depth research on unique cafés, luxury hotels, wellness retreats, fine dining, and cultural hotspots in global cities. • Travel Planning Support: Assist with drafting travel itineraries, researching visa requirements, transport logistics, and local experiences. • Vendor Coordination: Help liaise with service providers, hotels, restaurants, and local experts to gather rates, availability, and partnership details. • Data & Content Management: Maintain organized databases of researched destinations, venues, and travel options for internal use. • Lifestyle Requests: Support the Head of Concierge in executing and tracking day-to-day client requests across categories like reservations, gifts, events, etc. Requirements: • Strong research and organizational skills • Passion for travel, lifestyle, hospitality, and discovery • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy (comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, etc.) • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude • Availability to work flexible hours when needed What You’ll Gain: • Exposure to a fast-paced luxury concierge environment • Opportunity to contribute to real client-facing projects • Mentorship from experienced professionals in the lifestyle management industry • Insights into global travel and luxury trends • A potential pathway to a full-time role How to Apply: Please send your resume at shruti@indulge.global Show more Show less
