Job description/ Key responsibilities: Managing the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal correspondence, to ensure no communications are overlooked. Preparing important documents such as reports, presentations, and briefing papers. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, including document management and filing systems. Assisting with organizing corporate events, conferences, and board meetings. Providing general administrative support such as drafting correspondence, composing meeting minutes, and making expense claims. Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems to enhance office operations. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, trustworthy Demonstrate patience and professionalism in handling tasks Requirement: 1. Any Graduate can apply 2. He/she should have good communication, organizational, and time-management skills. He/she should be able to multitask. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) 4.
