🔍 About the Role 

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination, timely communication, and efficient execution of day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with senior management and contribute to maintaining high professional standards across the organisation. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities 

→ Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements 

→ Support daily coordination requirements across teams and departments 

→ Prepare communication, documentation, and follow-ups 

→ Maintain confidentiality and uphold organisational ethics 

→ Ensure smooth operational functioning with a proactive approach 

→ Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communication 

✅ What We’re Looking For 

→ Minimum Postgraduate qualification 

→ Fluent in Hindi & English 

→ 3+ years of experience in coordination or administrative roles 

→ Strong communication & interpersonal skills 

→ High sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism 

→ Ability to multitask and manage priorities with efficiency
