Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality while supporting various aspects of the executive's professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents as required by the executive.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and any special requests for business or personal trips.
  • Event Planning: Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and personal events such as gatherings, appointments, and outings.
  • Personal Tasks: Handle personal tasks for the executive, such as shopping, appointments, and maintaining household needs, if applicable.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and personal matters.
  • Office Management: Oversee general office duties, order supplies, maintain office organization, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with any additional duties as required by the executive or the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Fresher to 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative
  • Flexibility with work hours may be required

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working with senior executives or high-profile individuals
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
