Job Description

overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability by managing people, resources, and processes as Operations Manager.

administrative, organizational, and sometimes personal support to Business officer as Personal Assistant

Key responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and running errands. The role requires strong skills in communication, time management, organization, and discretion.

  • Administrative Support

    : Conduct research on behalf of the employer.
  • Assist with project coordination, including tracking timelines and providing updates.
  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Developing and maintaining databases, performing data analysis to identify trends, creating reports for management, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Manage daily operations:

    Oversee and streamline all daily functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Budget and resource management:

    Monitor company and departmental budgets, manage resources, and handle procurement to control costs.
  • Performance and quality control:

    Set and monitor performance metrics, implement quality assurance programs, and ensure company-wide standards are met.
  • Process improvement:

    Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs, sometimes using methodologies like Six Sigma.
  • Strategic planning:

    Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals and policies.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
