Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supports client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, handling emails etc. Is a spokesperson for the client on all matters. managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. Flight booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. organising events and conferences. reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines. duties can include everything from helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The Personal Assistant can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of director as well as organise events. Developing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve business objectives. This includes market segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotion plans. Organizing participation in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products/services, create brand awareness, and network with potential clients or partners.
